Navigation ranges from going into a business to identifying where the profit and or loss exists, to consider whether there is potential for improvements and what action is required to achieve this.

This very often means examining and amending the existing business plan.  There are also a number of businesses that have no written formatted business plans and this is an area which we can assist and indeed implement.
